Новые возможности анализа революций: представление базы данных революций XXI века
Аннотация
Революционный процесс в XXI веке претерпел существенные изменения и при этомс дестабилизацией демократии и трансформацией миропорядка количество револю-ционных эпизодов лишь увеличилось, приобретая новые цели и формы. В странахГлобального Юга с ростом населения на революционные протесты стали выходитьмиллионы людей, а на Ближнем Востоке и в Сахеле рост радикального ислама при-вел к кровавым исламистским вооруженным восстаниям. Существующие источникиданных сфокусированы на более длительном историческом периоде, что усложняетанализ современных процессов, они имеют ряд недостатков, таких как, например,streetlight effect, то есть пропуск кейсов, который может исказить связанные с данны-ми кейсами эффекты. Мы представляем собственную базу данных, описывающуюуспешные и неудачные революционные события с 2000 по 2024 год с их уникальнымихарактеристиками, такими как цели, тактика, количество участников, роль военных,других государств и этнических меньшинств. В статье с примерами описываются всепредставленные переменные, их операционализация и процесс сбора данных, а такжеспособы минимизации таких проблем, как selection bias и description bias. Также длявалидации проводятся эмпирические тесты конвенциональных факторов возникно-вения, успешности революций и их последствий, что показывает соответствие резуль-татов общей теории революций, но также дает понимание об изменении масштаба факторов и последствий. В итоге база данных расширяет возможности в сфере исследования революций, являющихся неотъемлемыми элементами меняющегося миропорядка и трансформации Мир-Системы, что может сильно повлиять на представление о революциях в дальнейшем.
