Архитектура городской безопасности: огороженные пространства в российском постглобальном ландшафте
Аннотация
Предлагаемое исследование рассматривает жилые ограждения – закрытые жилые комплексы (gated communities) – как пространственные технологии безопасности, возникающие на пересечении глобальных биополитических процессов и локальных культурных контекстов. Мы анализируем заборы и барьеры как активных посредников, которые трансформируют пространство, устанавливают режимы включения/исключения и формируют городскую субъективность. Используя биополитическую концепцию Джорджо Агамбена, мы показываем, как современные ограждения функционируют по логике «включающего исключения», когда инфраструктура безопасности парадоксальным образом не устраняет, а усиливает тревогу, постоянно инкорпорируя угрозу исключенной «жизни».
Наряду с рассмотрением этих явлений в рамках глобальных процессов неолиберализации, приватизации безопасности и кризиса государственного суверенитета, наш анализ направлен на выявление специфики локальных контекстов. В статье проводится сравнение американских коттеджных поселков, практик ограждения жилого пространства в Польше и российских закрытых жилых комплексов.
Рассматриваются отличительные черты российского контекста: относительная незаметность ограждений для жителей закрытых комплексов; более низкий уровень ответственности жителей по сравнению с западными моделями; связь ограждений как технологий безопасности с социалистическим прошлым, спецификой экономического развития и моделями государственного управления жилым пространством. Польский пример иллюстрирует, как системная жилищная политика может способствовать формированию критического гражданского отношения к ограждениям, отличающейся от американской, и российской практики огораживания.
В статье используется междисциплинарный подход: медиатеория, биополитический анализ и городская социология позволяют раскрыть, как идентичные архитектурные формы приобретают различное значение и аффордансы в зависимости от исторических траекторий, моделей управления и культурных установок. По мере того как жилые ограждения распространяются по всему миру, понимание их сложной пространственной логики становится необходимым для проектирования городского будущего.Скачивания
