Глобальные элиты в трансформации: культурный капитал и власть после глобализации
Аннотация
В эпоху постглобализации элиты сталкиваются с изменившейся реальностью, характерной чертой которой является возрождение национального суверенитета и цивилизационной риторики. Настоящая статья исследует, каким образом транснациональные носители власти, некогда олицетворявшие собой идею мира без границ, переосмысливают свои культурные стратегии и механизмы легитимации в контексте происходящих изменений. Опираясь на культурсоциологию и теорию элит (Бурдье, Бауман, Кастельс, Грамши), предлагаемый анализ включает в себя незападные исследовательские перспективы и предлагает реконцептуализацию космополитической культуры элит в условиях деглобализации. В статье демонстрируется, что глобальные элиты не являются ни пассивными жертвами «деглобализации», ни неизменными космополитами. Вместо этого они действуют как культурные посредники, избирательно адаптируя свою идентичность и нарративы. Одни акцентируют внимание на патриотических или цивилизационных темах, стремясь соответствовать усиливающимся государствоцентричным дискурсам; другие, напротив, усиливают приверженность на универсалистской риторике посредством формирования новых транснациональных альянсов. Сравнительные примеры из стран Запада, России, Китая и Турции демонстрируют, что элиты активно приспосабливаются к фрагментированному мировому порядку. Эти трансформации указывают на необходимость перехода социологических исследований от восприятия глобализации как данности к анализу культурной динамики власти элит в расколотом мире — мире, в котором вопросы смысла, идентичности и легитимности приобретают не меньшее значение, чем экономические факторы.Скачивания
