Взлет и падение культурного империализма: исторический и критический обзор
Аннотация
Данная статья представляет из себя исторический и аналитический обзор концепции культурного империализма, и предлагает критический анализ его воздействия. Авторы обращаются к западным первоисточникам периода с 1960-х до начала 2000-х годов, когда обсуждение культурного империализма было наиболее интенсивным. Статья акцентирует внимание на важных этапах формирования и развития культурного империализма, начиная с его зарождения в эпоху колониализма, концептуализации в единую систему в работах Герберта Шиллера и до современных проявлений в глобализированном мире. Рассматривается актуальность культурного империализма в контексте современного мира, опираясь на литературу 2010-х и 2020-х годов. Отмечается марксистский взгляд на свободный обмен информацией между культурами, его неравные и экономически несправедливые условия. Критический анализ позволяет оценить как положительные, так и негативные подходы к исследованиям культурного империализма, выявить противоречия и дискуссии о возможных путях его преодоления или изменения. Так, бурная реакция на знаменитый отчет комиссии Макбрайда 1980 года показала, что проблемы культурных взаимоотношений в первую очередь обусловлены экономическими факторами, и без решения экономических проблем не удастся решить и культурные. В последнем разделе статьи описывается, как экономический подъем стран третьего мира повлек за собой и бурный поток культурной продукции из этого региона. Статья направлена на стимулирование дальнейших исследований и содействие более глубокому пониманию динамики культурных процессов в современном мире.Скачивания
