Культурное гражданство: определения и эмпирическая контекстуализация
Аннотация
В статье представлены подходы к концептуализации понятия «культурное гражданство», применяемого для описания проблем интеграции и социальной инклюзии. «Культурное гражданство» — одно из понятий, развивающих парадигму гражданства и гражданственности, существовавшее в традициях политической теории и социологии культуры. Цель статьи заключается в разработке социологического подхода к теоретической концептуализации «культурного гражданства», опираясь на существующие подходы к определению таких понятий, как «гражданство», «солидарность», «идентичность», «инклюзия». В первой части статьи сопоставляются юридические и социологические понятия гражданства и их связи с «культурным аспектом» гражданства. На основе этого сопоставления формулируется предмет и проблематика концепции культурного гражданства в социальных науках. В заключительной части статьи анализируются два подхода к определению культурного гражданства — политико-теоретический, отталкивающийся от государства как источника гражданства и акцентирующий внимание на юридических инструментах интеграции; и культурсоциологический, отталкивающийся от сообщества как источника гражданства и акцентирующий внимание на интегративных практиках культурного производства. Интеграция двух подходов дает основания для определения культурного гражданства как процесса, реализующегося на организационном уровне; при этом решающую роль играют культурные институции как виды организационных структур.Скачивания
